  1. Is the reason for the delay because Chile is now strict with import?
  2. So it seems that the coronavirus did not affect you guys much. Did it change or affect the project?
  3. Interesting! Are the restaurants in your area open?
  4. Hi guys, I am very curious, how things are going with the COVID 19 virus in Chile?
  5. Are there any restrictions on how small of a home I could build? I really love the concept of tiny homes...
  6. I do want to buy property in Chile, but I want to spend the Chilean "winter" in the States. It is very important to me that someone keeps an eye on my house while I am gone for a few months.
  7. I understand that your subdivision is a green community, that you have an off-grid concept, but let's say if I wanted to be connected to the grid as a backup. Would that be possible?
  8. I just started learning Spanish. With so many Spanish speaking people in Texas and the chance for a better paying job, I regret I haven't started earlier. I found the App Memrise and downloaded it to my smartphone. Loved it right away. This App has audio and memory techniques. This helps me to learn the correct spelling and make connections between words and their meanings. The tests help to make sure I recall the concept. The App is more than a flashcard learning system. I can customize options in order to make it fit the way I learn easiest. Maybe it'll help you as it helped me. My recommendation is to use the free version first and buy the PRO version only if you like it. Keep us posted how your process goes. Kevin
  9. Sure, I am from Brighton, Michigan, not far from Detroit, a place where I definitely don't want to retire.
  10. Thank you so much for all the details.
  11. My first question would be to Rufina. I just read several of your recent posts where you share your experiences with housing. I appreciate that you take the time to put all of those details into the post. It is much easier to understand than the stats on the internet. I was wondering, how much does the food in Chile cost compared to the US? What is different? And do you have any problem finding certain products?
  12. Hello, I've been reading this forum for several months as a silent follower. It is interesting for me to see how this project will develop. I think it's time for me to ask a few questions as well.
